Getting excited about Jazz Fest!

Spent some time in the Drum Cave maintaining instruments on Monday. I replaced two surdo heads and the red napa covers. The drum heads tend to get beaten out of shape after a while, these puppies might have been put on 5 or more years ago. OK maybe 10 years ago, I have no good idea.
Organized stick bags and threw out a pile of broken or splintering sticks and weird useless things. Put unused gear in a box in a corner.
I also put together plastic bags: fixit stuff, ear plugs, tape, and business cards and handout cards.
